Dr Dalano DaSouza is a finance professional, researcher and Lecturer in Economics at the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus. He holds a PhD Economic Development Policy, MSc Banking and Finance and BSc Economics and Management from the institution. He produces the Caribbean Council’s leading fortnightly publication Caribbean Insight.

David Jessop

The former Managing Director of the Caribbean Council, David Jessop has worked on Caribbean issues for over forty years and continues to speak and write on Caribbean issues. He is the editor of our weekly publication, Cuba Briefing.
