We are delighted to invite you to join us for an online roundtable with Darryl White, the new Managing Director, Caribbean at the investment arm of the Inter-American Development Bank, IDB Invest. Darryl has had a distinguished career of over 40 years in leadership roles in banking institutions across the region.
Darryl has kindly agreed to update members on the IDB’s current priorities for the Caribbean, their current investment programme, and how members can bid for projects and otherwise get involved in the development and delivery of wider IDB programmes. He will be joined by several other colleagues from across the IDB.
There will be an opportunity for companies attending to ask questions, introduce their company and capabilities, and to engage in a discussion.

Darryl White, Managing Director for the Caribbean Region, IDB Invest
Darryl White is a career banker with over 40 years of experience in leading financial institutions such as Citibank, Republic Bank, and RBC Financial Caribbean spanning areas of Wealth Management, Advisory Services, Corporate and Investment Banking, Commercial and Retail Banking. He joined the IDB Group effective May 1 as the Managing Director for the Caribbean Region for IDB Invest with responsibility for the Group’s Private Sector activities in the region. He is a former President of the Bankers Association of T&T, CEO of RBC Financial (Caribbean) Limited and Regional Vice President of Corporate and Investment Banking. He has led senior teams specializing in the Caribbean markets, serving a diverse client base across multiple sectors that includes sovereign entities, state-owned enterprises, large corporations, publicly traded companies, and multinational organizations.
He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management from the University of the West Indies and is a qualified Charter Member of the UK Institute of Bankers.
