On the 27 January 2020 members from the Central America Business Council participated in a private meeting with S.E. Juan Carlos Sosa, Deputy Minister of Commerce and Industry, he was accompanied by two directors of the Presidential Ministry of Panama. During the meeting Minister Sosa gave a panoramic overview of Panama’s competitiveness; the economy and investment perspectives he also shared insights on the latest political and economic developments in Panama. Our members present at the event had the chance to share with the Minister about their companies and their investment interest in Panama. The event was chaired by the President of the Central America Business Council, Baroness Gloria Hooper.
