Orders:
Following receipt of an order, goods will be sent electronically. In the case of single items, they will be sent within 2 working days. For subscriptions, customers will receive their subscription beginning with the next available issue and will then receive the publication on a weekly basis via email for the duration of the subscription. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the Caribbean Council of any changes to email addresses and no liability will be assumed by the company if delivery has failed due to incorrect contact details being supplied.
All customers have the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
