Peter Yuan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in History from the University of New Brunswick and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in International Relations, specializing in Asian Politics, from Harvard University.
His work background includes: interpreter at the Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick, Marketing Communications Director of Huu Ich Pine, and is currently a project manager for the construction of three Four-star hotels in Đà Lạt, Vietnam.
Peter began at The Caribbean Council as an intern for a three-month term; in his second month, he was awarded the position of adviser on Asia. His role in the organisation is overseeing the creation of The Caribbean Council’s branches in Asia Pacific.
Peter has traveled extensively throughout Asia Pacific and holds a deep appreciation of the regional cultures, histories, and political diversities. He is fluent in English, Vietnamese, and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).
